THE CHOICE.
O happy state!  When soul's each other draw,
Where love is liberty, and nature law;
All then is full, possessing and possest,
No craving void, left asking in the becast:

If ever I should change my state of life,
Grant such a one, O heav'n! may be my wife:
Be she by nature form'd the eye to please,
